What is Counselling?
Many people who decide to seek counselling help are often unclear about exactly what is involved.
Counselling is a process that helps people to make choices or reach decisions about how to handle their concerns.
Counselling offers you the time and space to talk about the things that are troubling you. My aim is to help you to become clearer about your difficulties. I will help and support you in working out which solution or way forward is best for you. Counselling is an opportunity to talk to someone without being judged or criticised. It offers a place to talk about your problems and difficulties and how they are affecting you. It provides a safe environment to review, explore, and assess what is happening to you as well as space to simply ‘off load' worries and concerns.
