A convenient date and time for starting will be agreed between us. Counselling usually consists of one session a week, and a session usually lasts for around 50 to 60 minutes. The number of sessions required will be discussed at your initial session. Some people find that they experience a difference after only a few sessions, others may benefit from longer-term work. Regular reviews are carried out to help you determine when it is the appropriate time for you to terminate or suspend your counselling.

•  Couple and family therapy £55

• Supervision  £45 per hour, Student / trainee £35 per hour, agency/group £50.00 per hour
